Mai avrei pensato

che in Ragioneria nascesse una poesia…

Un conto economico

alla sezione Dare destinato,

a bilanciare

della sezione Avere

la spesa per gli Umani a mantenere …

È un conto un po’ immorale, definito

” Carico residuale “

che la cassa dello Stato fa traballare.

Un conto ideato

per Merce un po’ …inusuale,

per merce deperita

e scaricata via Mare.

Ma come ben sanno i Ragionieri, 

alla fine

I conti devon pareggiare

e saremo  mano a mano

tutti da azzerare,

tutti noi

futuri Carichi Residuali.

Never would I have thought

that a poem would be born in Accounting….

A profit and loss account

in the Giving section intended,

to balance

of the Having section

the expense for Humans to maintain …

It is a somewhat unethical account, referred to as.

” Residual Load “

That the state’s coffers teeter on.

An account designed

for somewhat …unusual Merchandise,

for goods that are perished

and unloaded by Sea.

But as the Accountants well know, 

in the end

The accounts must balance

And we shall be hand to hand

All to be reset,

all of us

future Residual Loads.
